“Hannes, thanks, I enjoy listening to your videos. But where is this leading me? Are you actually going to divulge what I must/can do to become successful/rich? Or is this just a build-up to having to do something else like enrolling for a course to achieve my aims? This might sound blunt, but I’ve encouraged my children to follow your videos and I don’t want to look silly at the end.”

Thank you for reminding me that it is ok to have to listen to you a few times before getting what you say. I have so many of your courses but never accomplished any, always something else comes in the way. Now getting back to your sharing, It feels like a special language you are communicating in, and often discouraging because it feels and sounds like Chinese. Thank you for the reminder that the potential is here, I need to do this, I need to apply which has been my fears. Thank you for boosting my confidence. See u on the top

Thank you for the explanation video of why do you give the course for free. Just a question if I want my children to start to follow what you teach is it possible for you to give me a guideline where they must start. You do have so many courses and if I look again at the triangle in your video then what will you suggest my children must start with to start the journey to became a wealth creator.

April 25, 2017Thanks Tinus for reading my mind. I have just joined the Expolosive Growth Mentoring Course and have just covered week one.
Hannes I feel there is still a gap; I would like to be able to start something concurrently and I know you said you would mentor us a group but we are in different situations and circumstances. In fact I cannot even tell who is in my group to kind of share insights and learn more. This is the first comment that I have seen that’s current. The rest are 5months ahead. I know you cannot mentor individually but there could be someone like me who would like more guidance in my context.

April 26, 2017You don’t need more guidance. You need more competencies.
I structured this as a virtual reality program.
Everyone starts at week 1 – (Even if the program is 10 years old)and start building the competencies.
The advantage you have for not in the first group is that you can look at the comments, questions and answers on that topic – so the “older”students actually help you to get more insights.
So if you have questions you can look at what the “older”students have ask to see if you can find your answer there.
If you do not find it in the comment section you can ask a question or even make a comment.

April 25, 2017Dankie Hannes. Ek volg jou sederd Okt/Nov se seminaar. Ek het die Prop Pro program aangeskaf en my pennie het gedrop. Dit is defnietief so dat jyself die dinkwerk moet doen en self jou paaidjie deur die bos moet kap. Jou leiding sit net die proses aan die gang. Die volgende hekkie is om te gaan doen wat jy weet jy moet doen, dis nie altyd so maklik nie. Ten minste weet ek nou waar en hoe om te bele/ groei te kry en hoe om dit uit te werk. Ek het terloops ook gesukkel met wiskunde en dit in my eerste jaar op universiteit moes herskryf. Maar daar moet ‘n plan en ‘n som wees hoe om die goed te kwantifiseer. Dankie nogmaals ek bly by op my manier en het my doelwit gestel op skuldvry in 2.5 jaar en dan aftree oor 7 jaar van nou af. 68%

I went to see estate agents today , to ask them about Capital Growth Rate, guess what none of them knew what was the average CGR. I never went to safridge offices but even them don’t know it is, the guess.
I guess I have to subscribe toSAPTG cause I am a subsciber to windeed but it doesn’t give me what I want.

April 25, 2017HI Hannes. I truly take your sessions to heart but I am also unclear on exactly how you go about purchasing a property. I understand my system but could you be so kind as to explain in one of your videos exactly how you purchase a property. Things like Deposits, attorney fees and registration costs comes into play with every purchase property. I think what the people need to know is exactly how you classify a free property and how you took only cents and turned it into a property. I know my financial freedom rate (percentage) and I understand all about the surplus that you need to grow ect but I want to know specifics. We need a simple blueprint of how you do things. Regards.
