Are you a zigger or a zagger?
In September 2008 a blogger wrote that “Warren Buffett’s firm, Berkshire Hathaway, bought $5 billion in Goldman Sachs stock – a move that many will no doubt see as reckless or foolish. One of the things that has made Buffett the world’s richest human being is that he zags when the rest of the market zigs. The scared are running for safety. The savvy are looking for gains”
Last week the world speculated on the negative effect that Brexit will have on South Africa and the world economy… they were busy with their zigging rituals.
On Saturday I did one of my zagging ritual. I decided to take my economy into my own hands.
So when the world was zigging I was busy zagging.
I took 5 cents and by applying the “Zagger Technique” I got 19,900% growth on my investment in front of about 100 people in Cape Town and tuned the 5 cents into R10… but I wasn’t done.
I then took the R10 and by applying the Formula For Riches… I ZAG that into R12,010… that is a 120,000% growth on my R10 in less than 30 minutes.
But to understand the true power of ZAGGING lets take the growth on the 5 cents… from 5 cents to R12,010 = 24,019,900% (Twenty Four million, nineteen thousand, nine hundred percent)
Guess what the ZIGGERS were busy doing?
Your right… They were busy getting less than 20% growth per year on their investments, thinking that a 20% return is good.
I am going to be a bit spiteful… just to irritate the professional ziggers… and I am going to ZAG the R12,010 into R1,000,000.05 in the next year.
That will give me a growth of 2,000,000,000% (TWO BILLION PERCENT)
Now guess how the ziggers are going to react when they hear that a 59 year old white male of South Africa, that failed grade 12 will outperform all the professional ziggers by at least 2 billion percent… your right again (unless you are a zigger yourself) … they will say it cannot be done.

Then you would have R110.05.
I don’t get the borrowing of the money part, as it seems it’s not needed.

Most people do not have the 5 cents (or cash) to buy properties, so what do they do?
The borrow money…
The reason I included the step was to the illustrate the technique, by applying the same principle you can buy properties (For millions of Rands) for free or with 5 cents…you decide…

July 8, 2016I think the reason I did not see the need for borrowing the money is because you did not actually do anything with the borrowed money. Your profit came from selling the book that you already had, that cost you nothing.

Lets take a real life example…
What if I wanted to create an pdf e-book that I can sell for R110 but it would cost me R100 to create the pdf. ( I have the book in a text format)
I have only 5 cents + a book in a text format but the client wants it in a pdf format. (Give the client what the client wants:-))
I do not have the money to buy the converter for R100.. (old excuse people are using)
But I need the money immediately to buy a converter (like a pdf converter to convert the text files to pdf – Just an example), otherwise I cannot publish and sell the the e-book online…
I would borrow R100 at 20% per year = R20 and if I pay it the next day… (because it will take less than 1 hour to convert the doc to a pdf so that I can sell the e-book for R110).
This means the interest for 1 day = R20 interest per year divide by 365 days = 5 cents
The interesting thing is that I made R12,010 during that session for a program that I do not have.
We call it a pre-sell.
I sold a prototype that cost me nothing – because I wanted to make sure that there was a demand and that the market was willing to pay for something BEFORE I spend time, effort and money to develop the product.
Now that I have the money – that cost me nothing – I am going to develop the program… So the market will pay me in advance for the time that I will spend.
I will only have the first part of the program ready by mid August…

July 8, 2016Just as a side note: Maybe for you next challenge do something similar, but do it like a new startup would, meaning that you do not make use of your existing email database or webpages or products or name. It would be very interesting to see the challenges faced by a normal person starting from scratch and the methods use to overcome these challenges.

29th May 2011 – Sunday
This morning I woke at 1:45 and as usual my mind was bursting with ideas.
Is it possible to start a new business with:
• only one prospect (potential client or potential affiliate – someone that I have never actually met and/or did business with)
• no money,
• no security,
• no risk and
• not using the banks or other people’s money?
And then to create a new database of more than 5000 people, from the one contact (prospect) in less than 6 months without it costing me a cent by applying the Wealth Creators Marketing Strategy™ and Formula for Riches® (Cannot add my existing clients to the new data base till I have R300 000 in the bank)
Then to grow this business from a level 1 to level 7 business in less than two years by applying the Wealth Creators Strategy™ – (where a level one is only an idea and level 7 is a business which gives you financial freedom and you do not have to work in it).
That business that I created was the Financial Breakthrough Experience and I made more than R2.5 Mil in the first year from that program –

I hear a lot of excuses and mind chatter that will keep you from becoming the best that you can be.
In doing so you make it difficult for yourself to succeed.
About 8 years ago I Coamentor one of my students. It took him 3 months to build a data-base of 477 prospect, he launched 2 businesses on one day and made R739,000 on the first day, and more than R1 million in the first week. I bet you have never heard of Leon Janse Van Rensburg or have you?.
All these excuses are just that excuses.
You do not need a well know name – you work on this and it take years… In face very few people know mow me, and 99% has never heard of me before they saw my advertisements.
You do not need contacts. I proved that in the Alchemist mentoring program.
You do not need a big database. In fact Leon had a database of only 17 people on his one list. He closed 100% and made more than R127,000 on his first day just from that database alone.
You do not need money, I started more than 50 profit centers with NO money.
You do not need others people (the banks money)… Hundreds of my students have done the same.. you can read some of their testimonials at http://blog.hannesdreyer.com/1-wealth-creator-coach/
You do not need an idea… in fact it is better if you do not have an idea.
You do not need to be young, or old… male or female…. white or black...
All you need is the desire to succeed and willingness to TAKE ACTION, and to follow a system in order to do the right things in the right order for the level of the game that your at.
If i missed something (like may even sound like a reason why someone cannot succeed… please let me know because all 54 business that I started, I started to prove that some very REAL but untrue belief system was keeping someone back.
So if you have a NEW fresh reason why one cannot succeed please let me know… I am looking for a new challenge IF THAT CAN HELP MY STUDENTS.

I’m not looking for reasons not to succeed. I just think that if you could make the challenge as difficult as possible, it would carry so much more weight in showing your students that no matter what the challenges are, they can be overcome. (PS I’ve been following you for years and have one of your first propery courses on DVD and have been to a live presentation, and I do not doubt your methods. I just thought you might be looking for a new challenge)
