I am grateful for you sharing your wisdom. I have followed you for the last year now where your 91 days see us every morning in our hospital staff meetings. It has made a tremendous difference to myself, the staff and the clients so far. I have done the basic courses and would like to participate in this too. Ill catch up what I misssed. We are still in the process of changing our structures to trusts.
I am living with more passion and seeking enjoyment in abundance.
When are you presenting like on your farm again. I was still interested in your powermorphing course. Thank you in anticipation.

I never promised that you would get infinite IRR’s unless you have the competencies.
Why did you buy 6 properties knowing that they are not infinite if that was what you wanted?

April 10, 2017Thanks for sharing your dejavu, I’m 27 turning 28 later this month I purchased my first property at the age of 25, and have managed the buy two up to date, I haven’t seen any positive financial growth as I’m still having a short fall after levies plus bond less the rent I get, but I’m proud to say is I notice growth in value of the properties.

Jy het ‘n Property Investment seminaar in Centurion aangebied en ek moes my Saterdag oggend studie tyd opoffer om die seminar by te woon. Finansiële beginsels het daardie oggend ‘n heel ander betekenis gekry! Nodeloos om te sê dat my uitkyk op die lewe en veral my seining oor finansies, ‘n drastiese wending geneem het.
Sedertdien (en nadat ek na ‘n magdom eiendomme gekyk het)is my eerste eiendom in Januarie 2017 ge-registreer.
Ek sal graag die volgende 97 dae saam met jou “deurbring” en hopelik iets bydrae om jou verjaarsdag besonders te maak.
