[WIT] #7 How To Handle Your Fears And Worries

This is an edited version of a live FaceBook video I made last week on a process you can use to handle fears and worries.

The process works really well for me and I made this video in the hope that it will do so for you as well.

    Irrational Fears can have a negative impact on one’s activity and outlook, it becomes serious if its not monitored or one is not in control of it. Its like a rotten potato or orange which can affect the whole bag of oranges/potato.

    Thanks for such an enlightening video; my question is : I have totally stopped lestening to the news; I avoid reading the newspaper headlines which are posted all over. At times I then feel like I miss some of the announcement that can affect me. How can I avoid the negative news but still be update with current events?

      If something is really important your fiends (and the rest of the world) will let you know… Let them sift through all the negativity to inform you about the important stuff.
      PS there is no announcement that anyone can make that can effect you unless you want it to effect you. You decide what the outcome will be…(the feeling or emotion)

    Yes indeed now I recall one can be worried until you feel tired and need to take a nap then there after you feel better now you said its because of the running programmes that takes energy from the mind. Yes, I got it thanks.

    You are such a gift to this world and I’m really thankful to be on your database to receive this pre-60th birthday gifts you are offering us. And I am also thankful to my friend Robyn Banks for having invited you to the Mind Power session in Cape Town. I can completely identify with the “holes of worry” and the amount of energy I spend on them. And as you said in one of the other videos, what we think we attract. So thank you for this, Sometimes when I read your material and listen to your videos I think that your life is and has always been sorted since the first time you decided to become a wealth creator.

    I am laughing about the ‘problem children’ because I identify with that also. And thank you for that too. It gave me an idea of what to do to please my clients as well.
