Hannes, dankie vir hierdie insiggewende informasie, ie: risiko kan verminder word deur die regte bevoegtheid. Laat my wonder dat as ek soveel jare terug hierdie kennis gehad het, sou ek my eerste eiendom gekoop het, of sou ek gevoel het dat bevoegdheid ontbreek – risiko te hoog en dan niks gedoen het nie….

Jy noem sekere voorbeelde van watter van die 27 veranderlikes jy sal kan beheer, om daardeur die risiko te verminder, bv rente, geen huurder ens. Is daar iewers ‘n les/video waar jy in detail praktiese voorbeelde noem, van hoe om elk van die veranderlikes in eiendomsbeleggings te hanteer in die ‘worse case’ senario?

Hey Hannes,

I’ve been following your videos and they are truly inspiring!

My brother, father and I were always interested in property and knew we were going to invest in property. Soon after we started we attended one of your seminars and got the property pro course. We are now 2 years in to a 5 year process where we will replace all our salaries by investing in property! So far we are ahead of our plan!

Lately I’ve become more interested in starting up my own business. Can you give some more insights into which courses I should look into and what I can expect? Does your system work for any kind of business and not just consulting type businesses?
